Today, for the first time I have been able to complete the first week podcast on the couch to 5 k program. Thats a total of 8 full min. It took me until my 3day of the week but I finally did it I am planning on repeting week 1 for a week before I move on.
I know this might not seem like much, but to me it is Huge. This deserves the happy Dance of joy
yay! good for you. The purpose of the c25k program is to go at your own pace, I myself repeating week one. I just started week 3. I promise, it only gets easier!

I am just repeating week 6 because I have been feeling really awful this week, but I remember finishing W1D1 (and not able to finish all the running bits) thinking I would never progress from there, but I can now run 25 min. without stopping, and SO WILL YOU!!!
Repeating a week is sometimes a good thing, and makes you stronger in your progress.
