Weekly weigh-in May 25 to 31

  • More than 33 pounds dropped from all of us last week!! Woo-hoo for us!!

  • This morning I'm down 6.6lbs from last Monday!
    Last week: 270.6
    This week: 264

    Almost out of the 260's!
  • I can't contribute much this week. I only dropped .2 lbs. It would have been more, I think, but I've let the activities of the weekend get in the way.
  • Down 2.6 pounds this week.
  • 4.4 pounds this week.
  • Down exactly 3 pounds from 243.6 to 240.6!
  • So many great numbers so far this week! Congrats to all who lost!

  • I am down 2 lbs, but am retaining a lot of water, so hopefully I will have an even bigger number next week!
  • Another 5 lbs for me, gotta love the first couple weeks on plan. That's 11 lbs so far Woohoo.
  • I only lost 1.5 lbs this week. From 280.5 to 279. Considering I didn't excuse at all this is pretty good. Hopefully now that I have added exercise to life and lowered my calorie intake by 100, I will lose more at the next weigh-in.
  • I lost 5 lbs this week. From 237 to 232. I'm happy!
