I just finished the book titles "Eat This, Not That"..what a eye opener it is for resturant dishes that say their WW friendly,and are not necessarily so. As well as WW own frozen meals. Big full color page pictures,so it's not like reading a novel. Worthy of our attention imo.

The other bk. I got from the library yesterday and is titled
"Shrink Yourself" by Gould...about Emotional Eating. It seems that there are alot of good people that stuff food in when they hurt,are bored,dissatisfied, etc. The book received great reviews from impressive authority. I just started it,and will continue on. I do agree for myself it's more than just food choices,and I need to find out that cause as well.
