EEEPPPP!!! I am so proud of me

  • I didn't eat the whole bag of Milano cookies in 1 day. My next door neighbors dog tripped me up on Monday and I sprained my ankle pretty badly. On tuesday she brought me dinner and a bag of Milano cookies. I hid the cookies in my room to keep the kids and hubby out of them...lol, they were in my headboard, right where I have been sitting every day this week. So despite being bored, having PMS, being house bound, having my 5yrold son rushed to the ER lst night for his first ever set of stitches, I DID NOT EAT them all at once. I just had 1 180calorie serving a day. YAY ME!!!
  • Huge victory!!!!!!!
  • Way to go!! I've had a homemade chocolate decadence cake in my kitchen for a few days now that I've been able to avoid. It feels so good to know that when in need, that willpower comes through!

    Keep it up!
  • What a HUGE source of pride this is! Way to go!! I hope you and your ankle (and your son... good grief!) are all better now
  • Way to go! I could not have resisted them!
  • Good job avoiding temptation! Those cookies are soooo good. I would have given in.
  • that's an awesome nsv!!!!
  • Wow, congrats!! I don't think I could have been so strong.
  • Congratulations! Doesn't it feel great when you know that resisting IS in your power and you're not slave to your own cravings?
  • That's awesome!! How many of the rest of us could have done that?! You go girl!!
  • Excellent NSV.
  • Yay! good job! Keep it up, Sometimes there is some serious obstacles in our life, which make it seem like it is impossible to diet, but if we just realize that our bodies are important too, we can make it far! Just make sure you don't eat any more cookies then possible, because if I were you, I know I would be eating "one, okaaay,, maybe two, no, wait, let's have 8!!!"
