Hello!.....I was hoping I could figure out how to do the color thing ....but this site is still a mystery to me. I am here,like you wanting,and needing to do something about this extra baggage I carry around. My GOAL is to not have to have this my major goal,taking up ever single waking min.and some nights. I want to do it,(and I will)and get to where I want to be....because I know I know how to maintain.....I did it for 20yrs. then life got in the way,and started playing with me,and I let my emotions,and my hormones take charge. But......after all is said and done,I stand b4 you a NON-SMOKER!(NOT EVEN ONE PUFF) for almost 2yrs.!!TaDA!!! my anniversary is coming up next week.....as well as a major birthday....really REALLY MAJOR.....and so I've decided,that while I'm gratefull I'm growing old.....there's not much I can do about the tic-tock of time, I don't have to be FAT and OLD.....so I'm committed to doing what I can about what I can.....and that's lose some fat. I've got books and books and books,and no time to read....but I will have a more organized plan soon, in the meantime....no bread/rice/potatoes/pasta...or at least hardly any....and sugar. However caffine .....2cups a day is still with me,although I have given that up too at one point. WW doesn't work for me...tried it,and gave up after a month....although I do think its probably the best all around diet....for me I think it carbs and sugar.....I eat lots of fresh veggies,and chicken on a regular basis..and have enjoyed tofu as well....so I'm open,and please any low carbers out there who want to take me unde their wing...feel free.....and anyone else for that matter....just give me all the advice you can to give.
