Ok so I started this month with even more determination and consistency and it seemed to be paying off... I went from 237.4 to 231.8... a loss of 5.6 lbs in two weeks. YAY!
But the last two days the scale has been going the other direction. Now I did a lot of yard work this weekend and was super sore so I expected to be retaining some water on Monday morning... but my scale jumped to 233 yesterday and 235 this morning! Grrr... I've been calorie counting, drinking water, not eating any insane amounts of sodium...
I'm not sure what I'm hoping to get out of posting this as I know there could be any number of reasons for a jump on the scale and I know I haven't consumed enough calories to actually gain that much weight in the last two days... I guess I'm just venting because it has me disappointed and my reserve is faultering a bit. As always, thanks for reading!
