How much water?

  • How much water do you drink in a day? Just curious.

  • Geez I wish I was getting in 3 liters a day. On May 1st I set a goal of 64 oz and I've been doing really good meeting that or at least close to it either way i think it's really helping my weight loss.
  • I drink 2-3 liters per day of water flavoured with an herbal tea bag.
  • when i lose weight i drink about 10-12 a day.. glasses..
    im slowly working back up. im up to 8 now...

  • I use two 24oz bottles that I refill constantly throughout the days. So I don't know, I drink about six to seven of those every day but maybe more if I work out real hard.
  • I can usually get in between 100-120oz of water, then a 1 liter bottle of seltzer water.

    I go by water bottles. 2 regular-sized water bottles = 1 liter. It's SO much easier for me this way, for some reason.
  • I drink water almost constantly - it's half past ten in the morning here, and I've already had 750mL.

    This might be TMI, but I go by the colour of my pee. If it's dark, then I grab a couple of glasses of water when I wash my hands. It's the best way I've found of avoiding dehydration in the horrible summers we have here.

    I drink 2 liters (or 8 glasses 8 ounces each) of water each day, but I really should be drinking more. And I have found that if I keep my water up over 2 liters, I lose weight quicker.
