point requirements on ne

  • Hi. I'm five three weigh 150 pounds, want to weigh 130. With the old plan I was allotted 22-24 pts depending on activity level. Can someone explain the differences in the new plan? I understand it's a mix of flex and core, I understand both programs. Any update would be helpful.

  • We no longer have a points range. Points are computed by age, activity, sex and height. There is a quiz you take. The plan is now called Momentum. The Simply Filling Technique is the old Core. Flex is just Momentum with the emphasis on eating the majority of foods from the Filling Foods list. There are now 9 Healthy Guidelines.
