Hi everyone! I've been lurking around all afternoon and I finally have built up the courage to introduce myself.
I highly, highly doubt that I will loose 100lbs, but I need to loose pretty damn close to that and I like this group so I hope you all enjoy my presence as much as I enjoy being here.
If you notice my title says, "For Him, For Us". That is to remind me why I'm doing this everyday. I have a very hard time doing things for "me", but when I look at them from the frame of mind for Him (my husband) and for (us) and our future family (no children yet) It is more motivation for myself.
So any tips for a Newbie?


I also agree....get can't, doubt, and any other word that creates a limit out of your vocabulary! You so can do it!!
