Mini Exercise Goal!

  • So since I've reached my weight goal... I've been making some new exercise goals!

    I've never been much of a runner, even though everyone in my family absolutely LOVES to run... mom, dad, grandparents etc.

    So, my goal for the summer is to be able to run at least 3 miles without stopping!

    This morning (bright and early ) I ran 1.5 miles without stopping! YAY! Halfway there! I just had to share!
  • AVA why don't you get into one of the 5K's we have...3.1 miles...in the weight support section...Mother's Day one up right now.
