Ok, my friend and I are having sort of a debate/quandry:
Kraft Reduced Fat parmesan cheese is supposedly 0 points PER SERVING (which is like 2 tablespoons).
Now, if I want 5 tablespoons...or 1 cup even...how many points is that? it's CHEESE, I'm thinking...so it's not like veggies where you can eat a cup of spinach or a pound and it's still 0. Right?
How do I calculate how many points if I want double or triple the serving size? help?
