No longer obese and almost at Onederland

  • 2 weeks without the scale - hooray! I was weighing myself every day and starting to get downhearted, so I put the scale away and vowed not to weigh myself for 2 weeks. Well, the 2nd half of last week I didn't even exercise (though I kept my calories down and I'm back on track starting today! =D) and when I stepped on the scale I was down 5.5 pounds after 2 weeks, after only having lost .5 pounds the week before. That means... as of 3 pounds ago.... I am officially....... NO LONGER OBESE!!!!!!!! W000000000000000! ^o^ I'm so happy. Just 3 more pounds to Onederland.
    I'm only going to weigh every 2 weeks now. It's much more motivating.
  • Awesome! I may need to put the scale away myself. I think it'll make me work harder wondering if I am doing good enough or not. Keep up the good work.

  • jennsreadytolose: Trust me, I'm finding it much better that way. For me at least, one week wasn't long enough and didn't always show enough change to motivate me. On the other hand, if I wait longer than 2 weeks, then I might start getting off track and not realize it. It's a good balance for me between keeping me in check but being sparse enough to keep me motivated.
    =D I can't wait to reach Onderland....
