Snack Ideas for 100 calories or less.

  • Does anyone have some snack ideas for 100 calories or less? I thought maybe if I tried some different snacks, instead of the same ones I use, I wouldn't get so bored with my diet.
  • I like a banana, a container of yogurt or a tangelo with a reduced fat cheese stick. These are my standbys that I have on most days.
  • hard boiled eggs
    carrots (veggies) with hummus
    fruit
    yogurt
    string cheese
    beef jerky
    special K crackers (they are 90 calories for and SOOO good)
    cottage cheese
  • For hard core sugar cravings, I use the 100 cal packs. I really like the Fudge Shop ones.

  • Rice cakes
    Pretzels
    Fruit (2 clementines, 1 cup seedless grapes, apple, banana ~ a little over 100 cals though)
    Carrots/broccoli
    Slices of turkey/ham
    Cheese stick

  • lately:

    2 cups sliced fresh strawberries... 2 CUPS!
    2 large stalks celery and 2 laughing cow wedges
    1/2 apple and 1/2 T pb
    1 T pb
    applesauce cup and 1/2 banana OR 1/2 oz mozza cheese
  • Most of my suggestions have already been posted but I would recomment Nutrigrain bars, though their 130 calories per bar, but they are really good and hit the spot, plus they have a good dose of fiber as well. Hope that helps!
  • I usually go for a piece of fruit or maybe a string cheese.
  • quaker has a 90 calorie granola bar which is my fav

    Special K protein snack bar (110 calories)
