I did MRC in the past, but cannot afford to do it again, and have gained some weight back. I would like to do it again, but I can't find the menus I used
, nor can I afford to go back to the center (it was also far away and hard to get to). I believe they were the beige menu (over 100 pounds). I really like the way it told you the type of things to eat under each group. Can anyone help me with the menus?? I would be eternally grateful!!
