Frustrated

  • I never thought I'd write one of these, but...

    About two weeks ago I hurt my ankle running, I'm pretty sure it's sprained but haven't been to the doctors. Well, with a hurt ankle, I can't really do a whole lot of cardio. I had been being really good about going to the turbo kick boxing classes that they offer at the gym and going the rest of the week to get in some more cardio/weights. I have not changed my eating habits, I've still been eating healthy but haven't lost any more weight. It's just so frustrating to not be able to do anything! and all this time off makes me feel like I'm going to go back to huffing and puffing my way through the exercise classes.

  • ugh, that is frustrating! A few months ago I got sick and waited wayyy too long to go to the doctors and I ended up having severe bronchitis(for awhile they thought it pneumonia) anyways.. needless to say that put a big halt in my exercising! One thing I totally regret is that I just stopped being active at all.. I would recommend at least going to the gym, and lifting weights or something that you can do without putting pressure on your ankle.. Or even just getting some weights at home.. or do some modified yoga.. anything Just don't hurt yourself even worse I hope it feels better && get it checked out at the doctor's! ... maybe it's not as severe as you think!
