I had to go out to lunch today for work. I didn't know where we were going, so it was a mystery as to what to order. When they said we were going to Johnny Carino's (Italian restaurant for those who are not familiar with it), I thought, "uh-oh, I don't remember them having much to choose from except pastas with sauce. Darn." So, I scanned the menu several times. I chose a "Pecan-crusted chicken salad" that had spinach, roma tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, and a vinagrette dressing. I was afraid to look when I got back to work, but it had 550 calories, 25g of fat. Not too bad considering the rest of the menu.
But it made me remember that someone in this forum said that they had their cheat sheet for all of their local restaurants, that included the foods that they could choose when they went to the restaurant. I need to do that!!!

man, I miss the Italian Nacho's
