
I'm so excited to be here. My name is Leanne. I haven't been dieting very long. This is my first time actually on a diet. So far everything is going pretty well. I've lost about 10 pounds in 7 days so it is a good start. I'm counting calories, excercising, and eating smaller portioned meals every 3-4 hours. So far i've been feeling satisfied doing this. On some days I will eat a bit more calories than usual, to keep my metabolism burning fat. However I've always been staying in my recommended 1800 calorie range. Most of the time I eat 1500, 1400.
Anyways, I'm anxious to get to know all of you!
