I have decided to listen to most and i have now gotten help taking care of my grandparents and mother for 2 hours a day and what a difference 2 hours of freedom can make. I do feel guilty about it but i know that i did need a break for a while. Anyway.
I am doing Alli and i am suppose to stick to 15 and under grams of fat per meal. 45 Grams per day. and i do my best to stay under 500 calories per each meal or 1500 calories per day. I usually stay WAY under for fat grams about 30 per day but calories i do cut it close and sometimes i do go up to 1800. i figure for my size that if i do go up to the 1800 every now and again it would not hurt. I did start the Biggest Loser Work out on my TV. we have the fit tv channel for free and i really do like it. my butt and legs really hurt today.
My questions are for someone my size 240lbs who is working out now am i
1.-ok with my calorie intake?
2.ok with my fat intake?
3.Is it ok to only drink water all the time? sometimes i get so thirsty for a diet soda. but dont give in.
Sorry this is so long i just wanted to know what other people thought. asking my hubby is useless...lol

, Alli stopped you from absorbing 20 grams of that. So 20 x 7= 140 cals that you ate but didn't get absorbed. So I think you should stick to the higher side of your 1600-1800 cals range. The point of Alli is to not absorb these calories, but you still need adequate caloric intake. It's meant for people who can't restrict calories/fat by themselves. It's a good way to kick start a program, but in my opinion it's a lot of money that you could spend on a gym membership or fresh produce. I guess I'm just a cheap a$$
