  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 50:55. Wasn't an easy walk, hard to get in jogging, way too hot and humid, but heck, at least I went!

  • Only managed 8 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Very tired, upper thighs hurt. Want to pick up the 1-mile WATP tape today, to do before the elliptical. That way I'll still get in at least 20 minutes, even if I poop out on the e-machine.
  • TUESDAY
    Despite not feeling up to going, I am happy to say I went my 4.5 miles making it day 9 out of 10 days of walking/jogging!
  • WEDNESDAY
    Got in another 4.5 miles this week
  • THURSDAY
    On was able to walk today, had no desire to go, this first day of no school for the kids and for me not having to get up! Didn't get out until after 8:30am, but thankfully, I did get in another 4.5 miles

  • Can't let Deb be the only one posting on here!

    Did 20 minute, 1-mile Walk Off the Pounds tape. Felt good to at least move this morning!
