Only managed 8 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Very tired, upper thighs hurt. Want to pick up the 1-mile WATP tape today, to do before the elliptical. That way I'll still get in at least 20 minutes, even if I poop out on the e-machine.
On was able to walk today, had no desire to go, this first day of no school for the kids and for me not having to get up! Didn't get out until after 8:30am, but thankfully, I did get in another 4.5 miles
