Well today is day 7 of Phase 1. I am also a Weight Watcher's member and today was my weigh in. I am down 4.2lbs this week! My hubby is down an incredible 14lbs..... If only I had been able to get to the gym maybe I coulda been down more. oh well....at least I am down.

Wow congratualations, that is awesome! 4.2 lbs is great for a only a week! I can't seem to get any further than day 4 or 5 in phase 1

Congratulations, lonegirl! 4 1/2 pounds in a week is something to celebrate! Keep in mind, though, that you may not lose as much a week in the future, but the weight you will be losing from now on will be fat, not water. Keep up the good work!

lonegirl, I am a WW member too, and I go to monthly meetings to weigh in. The girls weighing me used to always ask me what plan I'm on (Core or Flex) and I would tell them "South Beach". They were amazed at my progress when I was on Phase I & II (I'm on Phase III now) and always asked me lots of questions about it.
