Im not starting this thread to whine about how i feel bad for myself cause i fell off the wagon. I fell off a few months ago and kinda just stopped everything. No exercise no diet plan and for some reason i just cant get myself motivated. I need you ladies to give me a kick in the pants. Convince me that i NEED to get back on and start eating right and working out. I know i felt better when i was doing things the right way im just well i guess too lazy and i think i was getting a little bored of with it. I got on the scale this morning and my weight was 11 lbs higher than my ticker weight!
Im turning 21 in july and i want to look smokin hot for it. So ladies help me out here. Convince me i NEED to do the right thing. I want to be back i just need a little push
