they include the weight you lose during preconditioning but do not include the preconditioning time. that skews the results A LOT at the beginning but the longer you do the diet, the less that affects your average. i'm making around 2.5 a week w/o any conventional exercise.
I am averaging about 10 lbs a month - with occasional exercise. Some weeks lbs lost are up and some weeks lbs lost are down...it all depends on your body.
I have been averageing about 4.4 lbs a week....but the people at MRC say I will lose faster because I am a guy? Im not sure that its true, but I am happy with the program so far
