    Tri tip is a bottom sirloin cut, lean, so I think you're good to go!

    Oh, I haven't had good tri tip since I moved away from Santa Maria, CA. You can't even drive through town on a warm weekend without smelling it in the air.

    I just want a jar of the dry rub to have in my kitchen, so I can take a hit off it anytime I want...

    I think I've said too much!

    LOL!! I know, I love tri tip! And they have a nice selection of them at my grocery store, so we eat it a few times a month!
