i just spent 2 hours planning out four days worth of meals.
it's too much. i know that once i get into a groove and have a familiar number of dishes/foods and once i get to know the point values and once - in three months or so - when it all comes a little easier it won't take this long.
but right now i feel deflated, 7 hours into day 1. i know that this is about change, and that changing how we eat is going to take time and practice but i am now whining like a little girl.
whaa hwaa aaahw.

onwards. i have to go back to the car to get my gym card.
betcha i feel better after a good swim.
