  • KnCmamma - Could it be water weight? You would know if you ate enough to gain 2 pounds.

I am plugging away. My weigh in was 228 - down a pound.
  • I had one of those "whoosh" weeks and I am down 4.2. Very exciting! It seems like one week, I'll lose tenths of a pound and then the next week, I'll lose a much happier amount. I'll take it.

KnC - I'll bet it is water weight too. Hang in there and keep doing the right things!
  • I am down 4.7 from last weigh in. yeah!
  • well I just ended my first week, 3 1/4 down. woohoo!
  • I'm down 1.8 today
  • First week gone and took 4 lbs with it!!! Yay yay yay!!
  • Thanx ladies....it very well could be water weight as I was bad, I ate Whole wheat tostitoes with salsa and shredded block cheese in it....it ate a fair bit of it too.....and I have been eating some muffins(my weekness) too.
  • So excited! Just got off the scales and I've lost 2.4kg (5.3lbs) in a week! Oh my, oh my. Just astounded. I weigh daily, so I knew it was going to be good, but I've lost 0.6kg (1.3lbs) since yesterday. Woot!

So makes up for last week when I gained 0.1kg.

Oh, and this means that I under 110kg (242lbs), and I've met my goal for the end of April, AND I've lost 10% of my weight since January.
  • last week: 232
    this week: 231
  • Down just the one pound. But yah, one pound! *dances*
  • I gained 3 pounds after eating everything in sight for 2 weeks, darn you vacation! But I'm pleased that it wasn't more than that Next week will be good one!

  • I am down 2.1 lbs this week
  • I am down 2lbs this week.
  • I am up 1.5 pounds from last week. I haven't been that bad either. I've been transitioning back into my better dietary habits. It could be real gain --- but I also notice that I gain several pounds right in the middle of my menstrual cycle. It could be that too. There are so many things that can cause gain or apparent gain.
