Hi Guys!
I was on Jenny Craig several years back and lost a lot of weight. I'm planning on doing Jenny on my own with frozen meals, veggies, etc. Does anyone know how they determine how many calories to put you on? I weighed 182 at the time but can't remember if I was on 1200 or 1500 calories. I now weigh 222 lbs. What do you all think? Is 1200 too low if I'm still satisfied with my portions?
