I am wondering if anyone else is on the Meta Balance Menu? I started MRC 17 days ago and they put me on this menu. I have lost 6 lbs and 7 inches. The problem is that the counselors (which are great) are not that familiar with this menu. Apparently not that many clients are on this menu. They are trying to tweak it for me by telling me not to eat the 3 snacks a day, not to eat the Nutra Bars, not to eat cottage cheese more than once a week, not to eat pineapple etc. I am drinking 4 HNS/day, taking the flax, all day wt. loss and the MCR 6.
It seems my choices are getting more and more restrictive. I don't even know why they chose this menu for me and the person who put me on it has been out so they can't ask her. But hey, I will take the 6 lb loss anyway. Just wondering if anyone else can give me some tips?
