Exactly! I used to obsess about the scale a lot when I first started out and I was worried that weighing myself everyday would make it worse but the opposite happened. Now what I have a longer history of what's going on I can see trends like when I have my TOM.
So if my weight spikes a couple of pounds over 3-4 days I'm not going to have a melt down
When you are consistent you will see results, the weight is going to come off just not in a straight line.
