HI to everyone. I am new to the website. Looks like a great place for weight loss.
I have about 100lbs to lose. I am on day 37 and I have lost 15lbs so far.
I use my treadmill, elliptical and my trampoline one hour a day. Along with watching what I eat.
I have not always been a heavy person. I use to weigh 130lbs 5 years ago. Then I stopped smoking and gained weight FAST and LOTS of it! Its time to lose it now!

I hear you about the smoking. I quit six or seven years ago and have not been thin since, although I have yo-yoed a bit. It seemed so much easier to get skinnier with the smoking to lean on, but it's so much healthier to do it without it!
