I have the most insane couple of weeks ahead of me
, and I'm a little worried that it's going to slow my progress.First, I'm unexpectedly going home to visit my parents for 3 days. My mom has already informed me that she bought a "costco-sized" bag of chocolate chips so that I can make my famous chocolate chip cookies.... (I'm not going to lie...I make really good cookies!) She always makes a big deal out of my visits, bless her heart...but that usually means a lot of comfort food...I already told her that I'm not eating that kind of stuff anymore, and I offered to do the cooking while I'm there... I'm also planning to pack some WW standbys, like fibreOne bars, vitamins, etc...
After that, I'm going to Vegas for 5 days. I'm trying to do some research so that I can pick healthy restaurants in advance...and I'll be bringing fruit for snacks...and hopefully doing a LOT of walking and swimming!
So, I have a bit of a plan in place, but I'm wondering if any of you have any wisdom to share on the topic of staying on plan while travelling...I'd really appreciate any tips!
