Hi Koyal, welcome! I am not naturally enthused by exercise. I pretty much have to just make the decision to do it. What has really helped me and kept me accountable is joining the April Exercise Challenge found under "Chicks Up for a Challenge" on this page:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=159. You are certainly welcome to join in! I post in it every day, just so I will make sure I am keeping up with my exercise. To get started in exercise, the easiest thing to do is simply to walk. It is very healthy for you and really does make a difference. Good luck in your efforts! You can do it!
