    Difficult for me to believe its been 5 years on Atkins! Sure doesn't seem like it! Its been a life changing experience for me and for any of you out there considering Atkins as a lifestyle change....I'm living proof it works!

    Congratulations on your success and your continued maintenance! I started Atkins Mid-November 2009 (at 329 lbs..*that* was a wake up! ) after regaining all but 30 lbs of the weight I had worked so hard to lose on a Low fat Low cal diet. Atkins seems to be the perfect fit for me and I hope to be posting on my anniversary that I am at goal and maintaining just as you are!!
