L - broccoli salad, salad with onion, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cheese, bacon bits,...I think that's it
S - cashews!
D - eastern NC barbeque chicken, coleslaw, squash and I dunno what else ----chose lima beans..yum!
I'm going to make a big batch of blackbean and tomato salad for lunches this week.
B: nothing, was running around trying to get things organized before taking Calvin to the doctor.
L: "bagelini" sandwich (ww bagel, guacamole, pico de gallo, turkey); strawberries and melon
D: mujadara (brown rice, lentils and caramelized onions); baked falafel patties with cucumber yogurt sauce
S: apple with peanut butter or yogurt
I feel like I'm slacking on my posting... which makes me nervous, since you guys keep me accountable!!!

L- Black bean soup, WW pita, SF iced latte
S- LF Babybel, orange
D- WW pasta with clams, leftover sole, marinara sauce; green salad
S- Plain yogurt sweetened with SF Jello pudding
B - omelette (not sure if bean or cinnamon yet) <---wound up having black bean, cream cheese and fresh tomato. YUM!
S - red pepper strips, cucumber
L - leftover squash, lima beans, turkey roll up
D - grilled pork chops, +/- applesauce, salad
KO - tacosplosion casserole? Sounds awesome. Recipe please!
My menus haven't been great lately -- mostly on plan, but I just haven't been hungry.
B: leftover mujadara
L: falafel; cucumber and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar
D: chicken fajitas; homemade refried beans;
S: grilled mango basted with a little agave and balsamic vinegar
B: scrambled eggs with a few pieces of fajita chicken and peppers mixed in; refried beans
L: chicken fajita with lettuce instead of tortillas
S: sfnf iced latte made at home
D: anaheim chili and cheese stuffed chicken (kalyn's kitchen); roasted asparagus; spicy rice for the rest of the fam.
S: plain yogurt with chopped apples and cinnamon
B: Hot oat bran cereal with almond butter and almond milk, V-8
L: Large salad with salmon and RF cheese, SF pudding, apple
D: Chicken breast with basil pesto, mushrooms, peppers & onions, steamed cauliflower.
Too full for snacks.
B: WW Bagel with 1 wedge LLCC (Garlic & Herb)
S: LS V8
L: Veggie sandwich on light WW bread w/2% Pepperjack Cheese
S: Almonds
D: WW spaghetti with NSA sauce, 1 slice light WW toast w/ICBINB spray and garlic, salad, green beans with LF parmesan cheese
S: 1 square dark chocolate (I do so look forward to that part!)
