  • Hello everyone!

    I'm Kimberleigh, please call me Kim (it saves a lot of typing) and I'm new to 3FC, but no stranger to the weight loss world - I'm absolutely the worlds slowest yo-yo dieter. 13 years ago, I weighed 170 pounds, now I weigh 358, and this time, it's the last time! I want to find strategies and make lasting habits this time, so when the scales creep upward, I don't fool myself into thinking it's just water, or stress, or whatever.

    I'm 43, married, no human kids but my furkids are definitely my babies. I give my occupation as domestic engineer, but in the past, I've been a chef, a field project manager and a convention programmer. I garden extensively and love photography.
