Hey everyone!
I just returned from my first Weigh-In and I lost 5lbs!!! I'm so HAPPY !
I stayed mostly perfectly OP and my only problem wasn't eating ENOUGH food!
It's weird 'cause It's PMS week and I usually go UP in weight plus, I've been SO constipated and stuff... Sorry about that tid-bit of info BUT it's true. Usually when I start a new way of eating, I get the opposite which "helps" me to lose but anyway-I lost and although I don't see any results, I know I will if I keep up the good work!
Also, please don't crucify me, I have been going to the gym and running my butt off (literally)now, I purchased a bottle of Xenadrine and am going to take that as well for energy and to increase my stamina with my workouts. I've heard good things. Anyway-It's worth a try! I have a wedding to go to in March as well as my 24th Birthday and I would like to be at goal or close to it by then!!!
