Today's Menu:
Breakfast ~ 2 small slices toast w/butter
~ 350cals (?)(ok, I admit that's not a good start, but I only decided to get back on track after breakfast this morning! Tomorrow will be better!)
Lunch ~ Salad (Romaine/Rocket/Cucumber/Tomato) ~ 70
Ham ~ 60
Low fat Cottage cheese ~ 95
1tbs low fat mayo ~ 45
Snack ~ Strawberries ~ 35
Pot of Vanilla Fruche ~ 140
Dinner ~ Roast Chicken (without skin) ~ 250
Potato ~ 240
Broccoli ~ 40
Cauliflower ~ 40
Snack ~ Orange ~ 80
Extras ~ Skimmed Milk ~ 100
TOTAL ~ 1545
Just to add, I'm planning on an intake of around 1600cals a day to start off, and I'll see how it goes .......

I guess maybe it's not the right area to be posting this? Anyway, I've decided to try out one of the 3fc diet blogs instead, so I'll be tracking and posting my daily calories there from now on. I still feel that makes me accountable, as anyone can look at the blog at any time, so hopefully it will help to keep me on track!
