I'm looking for some new things to say to myself. (I usually do these in sync of my steps on the elliptical)
I say the following:
Everyday in everyway my butt is getting smaller
Everyday in everyway I'm making healthy choices
My waist, my hips, my butt, their getting smaller
I know they're silly, but saying them in rhythm with my steps really helps me focus and stay on longer
