having a puppy is more like having a BABY than I remembered... but I am getting in a WHOLE lot of exercise!!!
OH! And I was stressed last night. Kids being buttheads, pets fighting, cats screaming about the puppy. My hubby got home at 9:25 and I was AT THE DOOR leash in hand to go for a walk. I POWER walked with the puppy (she's great on a leash) for that whole half hour and just walked away my stress. That's all that I could think of for the hour before I went was how much I need to walk and de-stress. No treating, no urge to eat, no nothing. Just exercise.
le sigh.

I'm sure all that exercise will boost your weight loss in addition to giving you even more health benefits!
I would consider getting a dog if I didn't already have a housefull of cats! I love them, but they are not so good for exercise motivation. 
Now when she sees the leash she tries to hide behind my kids....hahaha
Great job with the new routine i bet it will speed up your weight loss too.
