Saying a big HI!!!

  • Now here's a forum that I never thought I would be in! Somehow i had this belief that I could get rid of my last 20 lbs without serious exercise. Just eating right and light activity 1-3 times a week. I know, silly me.

    Well here I am and INCREDIBLY proud to report that I joined a gym last Wednesday and have now been to 3 yoga classes and 2 spinning classes along with some very energized walk/runs with the pup. I have also signed myself up to 12 sessions with a personal trainer for weight resistance training.

    So I suppose I'm just introducing myself and am thrilled to be including myself as one of the exercising population.

  • lol, right now i think exercise is kicking my butt. And that's just fine!

    And you are definately doing awesome with your running! i certainly couldn't do what you've been talking about. one day though... one day.
  • As you get closer to goal I think that exercise is the key because you just can't eat any less than what you are eating, this is just a personal opinion...

    Since you're so close to goal please join us in the Featherweights section of the Forum, this is the section specially for those of us that are working on the last 15-25 lbs...
