I was not going to post this but I am so happy that I changed my mind. I have lost 50 pounds! I still have a long way to go but I feel so much better. Fifty pounds makes such a difference. I want to end every sentence with an exclamation mark!

It is the half way point for the 100 goal but I know that I need to lose more than 100. I will adjust my goal when I get closer to the 100 pound mark.
