? about Chinese food calories....

    I can't find a definitive source of Chinese food calories and fat.

    Here is what I need...calories and fat for...

    about 8 pieces of sweet and sour chicken...you know, the kind that is breaded??

    about 1 cup of Pepper Steak...

    1 egg roll...


    If anyone can help, I would be very grateful!!

    Hello!

    Saw your post and wanted to help. So you are only counting calories, not like most on here w/the ww points system? I have alot of those pages saved,but this was the best i had on about.com ...might help you out a bit.For example click on EGG ROLL and you get the recipe and then at the bottom it has the calories and other nutritional values. Hope it helps! If i see anything else i'll post back.

    I post mostly on the 40 something moving and losing (under BUDDIEs). We are a grand bunch of gals, full of motivation and ideas for all. (no age barriers ther) Stop by if you get a chance!
