Hi! New here!
I went from 210 to 165 about a year and a half ago and for a long time, I've maintained relatively the same weight, but I'd like to lose a little bit more.
My ex-boyfriend broke up with me in late February and it made me realize I was taking on a lot of unhealthy eating/exercise habits around him. Since then, I've started dieting and exercising again and I've gone from 167.5 to 159.2.
My goal is to be at 137 by July 1st. Twenty pounds in three months should be hard, but I want to stick with it this time! (It's good motivation that I will see him in July and he can see how good I look!)
