    Since February 3rd this year I've lost (and in addition, lost 5lbs in January to get to that Feb 3rd start weight)

  • Is that loss per week? If so, it looks very good to me. There are two weeks(?) that have less than 1 pound, one over one pound, and the rest are over two pounds.

  • It is so important to remember that weight loss is a squiggly line and not a straight one!!
  • I love tracking my weight on a spreadsheet for this reason -- you can see that the line keeps going down overall!

  • The same reason I love the opening page of DietPower because it shows your weight on a graph. Since I don't enter my weight on any day but my weigh-in, it has flat areas and then drops. But I love seeing that it is a downhill slope.
