I have been doing okay losing weight and my husband says he can really tell but I'm worried.I am just hoping that I don't look saggy in the face or arms. I'm not losing too fast and I have been working out to the best of my ability.
I've see pics of younger gals who have taken off a lot of weight and they look great. I'm 47 & post-menopause. I'm not going to stop trying to get to a healthy weight just so the fat fills up my face, tho.
