just wanted to share with you all that I have finally made it to ONEderland! Yesterday I stepped on the scale and it read 198.8!! This week has been amazing. april 1st was the one year mark of the start of my new lifestyle and journey to lose weight. I started last year at 305lbs, and totally out of shape to the point where all I could do was walk and do the minimum of physical activity. now, a year later I am under 200lbs and in the best physical shape of my life! I am on my way to my ultimate goal, and I know I will get there!
I wish I could get on this forum more often, but I have been busy lately with work and other stuff. I do want to say that this site has helped me so much these past few months and I appreciate all of you and your support.
