Went from Meta Slim stage 5 to 4.

  • Ok, the good news is I lost so mych weight, I went down to the next menu stage.

The sucky thing is, the menu is literally the same exact menu. After me and the manager were staring at it, I spotted only one difference. My first snack, I can only eat 1 ounce of cheese but in the Stage 5 menu I could eat 2 ounces of cheese.

Literally, everything else is the same. Same size portions and food selections for breakfast, lunch, snack #2 and dinner.

Literally, there is only a 75 calorie difference between the two menus. You figure from going to 340 to 300 I would get a slightly more caloric restriction considering I have to do more to loose the same amount of weight.

I just thought this was weird. What do you guys think?

Congrats, Rob on your loss so far!! The differences in the menus are not very drastic at all. My mom started out around 350 and was allowed 2 snacks during the day. Her next menu was the same but they excluded one snack. I started on the beige menu which would be the next one she goes to and it was exactly the same except I was not allowed any snacks. The bigger change comes when you hit the green menu (which is the one you stay on until you hit your goal). You are only allowed 4 oz. protein at each meal and you can only have group 1 proteins at lunch 3 days a week. They also decrease your hns to a max of 4 per day. You never get any new food choices until you reach stabilization and they start adding foods in. I hope that answers your question. I'm not sure if they have different menus for men but that's the way it was for me.
