Hello all! I am on boat to stay on plan (or as close as possible) for the weekend!
There's a party tonight so I'll have to teach myself how I can drink less, eat less, and still have as much fun or more.
1st step: Eat a good and big (but not calorie dense) dinner before leaving
2nd step: Drink vodka soda vs. beer. That'll at least save maybe 100 calories a drink. Try to be reasonable with how many over the course of the night.
3rd step: Bring a veggie tray so that I have healthy late night munchies
4th step: Enjoy!
(Who knew there was so much to think about before going out for a party?!)
Sunday plan: Go to my first Zumba class in the morning. Have a firm "NO" waiting for when the hubby suggests that we go and pick up some junky stuff to have with tv/movie night.
