  • Another week begins... I did get some movin in yesterday, 45 mins of step/dance, didn't get to my crunches, we ended up going out almost immediately after Johnny got of work, and didn't get back in until about time to hit the sack... maybe I'll double up on them tonight
  • I need to shake my booty this week...alot!
  • Started BFL today was upper body workout. I did great I think I will be a bit sore tomorow.
  • Sunday - 20 min walk
    Monday - 30 min walk
  • Today I am gratefully Op. Major stress. I have not been quite as active today. I slept little and my lower back was not happy with me today at all. Gee, perhaps it's the stress!!! LOL All and all a bit of an off day on the exercise.

    Tue: ab workout, step, lower body weights

  • I ran 2 miles today then walked the parade route for 2 miles!!!
  • I walked with Jacob for 35 minutes yesterday.
  • lower vbody today and i did a good workout!!
  • Jen I'm excited for you.. I can't wait until I'm confident enough to join a gym.... I dont think I've even been in one since I was a teenager (in the skinny days) lol

    I've done a morning workout with Richard Simmons every day this week..

    I did the Dance one this morning and I love it.. the music is all 80's and it really kept me movin.. tonight I had enough ambition after work to try the toning downtown.. it was short and sweet.. and oooowwwwiiieee I can feel it......I like this set alot!

    I also have been getting pretty involved in Disc Golf.. and dh seems to enjoy it as well.. this is GREAT exercise, fresh air and a good activity everyone in the family can participate in.

    I actually think a couple times this week I ate because I needed energy, not even because I was hungry.. now if thats not a wake up call nothing is

  • This week was good 'til today.. Sunday.. walked 45 min... Monday.. walked to and from work.. (1 hour, 10 mins).. Tuesday.. walked about 1 1/2 hours.. Wed shoveled dirt for 1/2 hour.. Thurs.. walked home from work.. 35 mins.. shoveled/moved dirt 2 hours.. Today.. 10 minute walk to the store to get milk and back.. Tomorrow's plans: walk to work at 6:30am.. get coffee there at 7:00.. start work at 8... go for a 20 min walk on my lunch hour.. walk home at 5...

  • Well today was a great workout day for me. I did a lot of but moving in the aerobic/toning class I took. It was an hour long and we moved, moved, moved. I also did some of my upper body wieghs.

  • Hey jenniffer.. how did it go joining the gym? do they have all kinds of cool stuff there? If I can wing it.. I would like to join one this fall.

  • I rode the bike to get the kids to school, the went down town to the gym (2 miles total) then did a killer upper body workout, then this afternoon took about a 12 mile bike ride!!! whooo hooo!!
