I know some of us here love our protein powder so I thought this would be a great topic.
Here is one I tried today and I must say it was a treat.
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup room temp (or colder) coffee
3-4 pieces of ice
I would love to hear some other recipes. I just started using protein powder and I do not think I could live without it now.


Also...how are kettleballs? I've been thinking of getting some. Do you have a video you suggest? Have you seen any results?
