I'm 45 years old, 5 feet exactly and I weight 119 pounds. I want to learn how to balance out what I eat in terms of making healthy choices and better portion control. Weight Watchers, to me has a wealth of knowledge that I want to learn and incorporate into my diet on a permanent basis. My points are 18 per day.
I'm hoping I will see a weight loss of about 9 to 10 pounds - thats it! Then do maintainence after that. I don't know how successful I will be since I only have like 10 pounds to lost?
Does anybody know someone with stats similar to mine that has lost weight at the lower end of the point scale
